We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Waves Wellness Studio. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service, or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Waves Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse service, specifically to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to people in the studio, including but not limited to providers and guests.
Your reservation request will be scheduled based on providers availability. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation from Waves Wellness Studio. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred. Deposits are required for most services for all new clients.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you need to cancel, or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of our guests and providers, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the reservation. This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service.
Appointments that are canceled or amended less than 48 hours prior to the start of your service will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service(s) you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation.
In order to respect the time of our providers, if an appointment is a no-show, you will be subject to a no-show fee. No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services.
All sales are final. All services and products are non-refundable. However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge, if we determine it is needed within five days of your last service. The service must be a mistake from the service provider and not because you changed your mind after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated within 48 hours to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction, corrective services will not be allowed five days past initial service date. No exceptions.
Please keep in mind, using box, color, or going from darker to lighter tones, may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
All sales are final sales. All services , deposits and all products are nonrefundable.
